Managing multiple blog posts or product pages on your WordPress site doesn’t have to be time-consuming. Whether you’re running a local blog, business website, or WooCommerce store in Kenya, knowing how to bulk publish or edit content can save you valuable time—especially when working with draft posts or product updates.
In this quick guide, we’ll show you how to easily publish, update, or move multiple WordPress posts, pages, or WooCommerce products at once—directly from your admin dashboard.
1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard
First of all you need to login to your WordPress dashboard.
Lets say you want to publish multiple draft posts.
2. Go to Posts
On the left hand side in your dashboard, click on Posts > All Posts
Lets say you want to publish multiple draft posts just click on drafts.
3 Mark/Tick the posts
Now go ahead and mark the posts which you wish to edit/publish
4. Click on Bulk Action
Click on bulk action and then click edit.
It will take you to a page that looks like the above image.
Now to publish the draft posts you've just marked just click on Status > Publish. and click on update.
The posts will then all be published at the same time.
Lets say it's a page you wish to bulk publish or edit just apply the same method and you'll be good.
