As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to drive sales of our Do-It-For-You (DIFY) Website Builder Services.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven salesperson to promote and sell our DIFY builder services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, and client retention while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. This role requires strong sales skills, basic technical knowledge of website services, and a passion for helping businesses establish an online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation

    • Identify and reach out to potential customers, including small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs.
    • Conduct calls, email outreach, and social media engagement to generate leads.
    • Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
    • Attend networking events and industry meetups to generate business opportunities.

    Customer Consultation & Onboarding

    • Assess client needs and recommend the right website-building package.
    • Conduct product demos and explain the benefits of DIFY services in a simple, clear manner.
    • Assist new customers with account setup and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.

    Marketing & Promotion

    • Work closely with the marketing team to refine strategies based on customer feedback.
    • Create sales materials, including brochures and presentations, to educate clients.
    • Utilize social media and other online platforms for lead generation and customer engagement.

    Customer Support & Retention

    • Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their websites and services.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional services, such as hosting, email solutions, and digital marketing tools.
    • Handle renewals, subscription upgrades, and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

    Reporting & Strategy

    • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and performance metrics.
    • Analyze competitor offerings and suggest pricing or service enhancements.
    • Work with the product team to improve service offerings based on customer feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 2 years of proven sales experience in web hosting, SaaS, website building services, or digital products.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to convert leads into sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Basic technical knowledge of website creation, hosting, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and online sales tools.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejection positively.
