EACdirectory has offically merged with HOSTAFRICA
Dear Valued Customer
We are pleased to inform you that our CRM migration from our previous system to HOSTAFRICA was completed successfully. We are excited to welcome you to our new platform and look forward to providing you with even better service.
As we mentioned in our previous communication, we have implemented some important billing changes that are effective from 1 May 2023. To reiterate, the following changes have been made:
- Invoices: Starting 1 May 2023, we will be generating and sending invoices to you 11 days prior to the due date. Additionally, we will be sending payment reminders 6 days prior to the due date to ensure that you have sufficient time to make your payment.
- Suspensions: If payment is not received by the due date, your account will be suspended 17 days after the due date. During the suspension period, your services will not be accessible.
- Termination: If payment is not received within 20 days of suspension, your account will be terminated. This means that all of your data and services will be permanently deleted.
- Support Changes: From 1 May 2023, the EAC and HOSTAFRICA support teams will join forces which will lead to improved support and service to clients. Should you have an outstanding EAC specific query, please mention in your communication so we can escalate to the correct channels.
