Client Area Tour: Basic things you need to know.

A good number of us don’t really understand why we create a client account upon service subscription. Needless to say, some have never accessed their client areas years after subscribing to our services. Today, I share screenshots of a client area and what you can use it for.
You will learn a few tips you did not know you can ‘Do It Yourself ‘ without contacting the support team.
This page contains general information or summary of everything under your account.
Here are some screenshots of quick access links with descriptions. The quick access links will help you even access your cPanel, create an email account, upgrade or downgrade your services etc
Check out some of the services we have including hosting plans and easily make an order.
Easily view your invoices and their status.
View your support tickets to help you followup with our support agents. You can also access and generate a new support pin if it’s needed to help verify you as the account owner.
Check your invoices and take action. You are able to view which services are due and their due dates. You can mass pay your invoices using the mass payment feature if you have very many invoices under your client account. We have several payment options and have made our payment system very efficient.
