Pointing Domain To Shopify in cPanel.

Pointing a  domain to Shopify from cPanel, you will need to update the DNS settings for your domain. Here are the steps you can follow:

Log into your cPanel account.

Locate the “Domains” section, and click on the “Zone editor” option.

Locate the domain you want to point to Shopify, and click on the “Manage” button next to it.

Click edit on the “CNAME” record in the zone editor and edit “Record” to the following.

Host: @

Points to: yourshopname.myshopify.com

TTL: Default

Click on the “Save” button to save the changes.

Now, you will need to edit the  A-record. Edit the following for the @ host or domainname.com.

Host: @

Points to: 23.227.38.65

TTL: Default

Click on the “Save” button to save the changes.

Now go back to your Shopify account and complete the setup.

Wait for the DNS records to propagate, the propagation can take up to 24 hours .
